I want a queen size sofa bed, so if my siblings would come and visit me they can come and sleep with me on my bed. If I'm alone I'll leave it as a couch because I'm lazy fixing it anyway. In my kitchen, I want a metal attached on the ceiling to put my hanging caldero/pans etc. if possible.

I want to save power supply. So, having few but large windows is enough for me to have fresh air and natural daylight. I prefer built in storage on the stairs. In daytime, I want my place cozy and vibrant but during night time, I prefer a bit darker and dramatic. I want hanging calderos too!
