Floor Plan 121.02㎡

I based my floor plan off of what my house looks like so I divided my areas into an open concept living space and I also wanted a bright clear area with minimal things.

Living and Dining Room

I enjoy this room because it is very bright and open from the eating and the kitchen so in the morning you can get lots of natural light.

I like that space because it doesn't feel too large and it can still be comfy and cozy at the same time or can also be more formal.

main bathroom

This room is a perfect size if you have guests over and you need to get ready in the morning or at night it is big enough for that.

Garage

The best part about this room is that there's a spot to fit two cars and lots of extra space to store outdoor items.

Bedroom

the best part about this room is that it can fit everything you need and there are two windows for lots of natural light, space is very cozy and comfortable.

Second Bedroom

Both bedrooms are the same and the best part is natural light and being able to fit and store whatever you need, it is cozy and comfortable.

Master Bathroom

The best part about this room is the natural light and how big of a space it is.

Lounge

The best part about this space is that it is perfect for watching movies before bed or waking up and wanting somewhere else to sit our than your bedroom, I like this space because of its compatibility, you can relax or you can work on school or work from the desk.

Second Bathroom

This space is perfect for getting ready and it's big enough if two people are getting ready at the same time.

Master Bedroom

This space has everything you would think would be in a master bedroom and it's comfortable and cozy with lots of space.

Outdoors

I like this space because you can have it as a relaxing sunroom or you can open the doors and feel like you're right outside so it is perfect for enjoying the natural sunlight in the morning or the sunrise in the evening.
