Hello, Chloe! In order to add a second floor to your projects, follow these steps. (This is as simple as I can make it... :P) > Do whatever you need to with the first floor. After you add the second floor, the first floor can only be edited in 3D. > Make your walls 2x as high (I use 18' 4" high) via Preferences. > Go to "Building" and add a flat ceiling (This will serve as your floor later; styles can't be applied.) > Change the new ceiling's height to half of the wall height (In my case, this is the default 9' 2"). > You now have a second floor. To add objects to the 2nd floor ground, make sure you are holding Ctrl while placing them. If you want to edit the first floor, don't hold Ctrl while dragging. I hope this answers your question. I can explain in more detail whatever you'd like. Thanks! :)

Hi Zay! I love your design but I was wondering how you added the second floor. I watched the video but it didn't help at all! Please respond when you can. Thanks! :)
