Charcoal Apartment Cole
The design of a new penthouse on the top floor of an office park, complete with open plan living areas, pyjama lounge, walk through dressing areas, marbled bathrooms, gourmet kitchen, laundry, scullery and fabulous outdoor entertainment areas and a lap pool, with sweeping views of the city.平面佈置圖 848.51㎡
The existing "office space" was divided into a rooms to create a typical 3 bedroom penthouse with maximum use of living spaces on the roof garden areas.

Mood and Ambience during the evening in a living space that is otherwise lit and bright during the day.
Subtle lighting and the use of standard lamps for warm ambience at might allow the space to be more subdued while the city lights come to life.
The Living room maximises seating for conversation, enjoys television viewing and retains sweeping views of the city skyline.
Rich wooden herringbone oak floors bring warmth and character into the design while a deep intense black kitchen with white stone tops create a dramatic finish to the gourmet kitchen.
The Lounge and dining room are separated with a divider wall which includes TV unit on one side and dining sideboard on the other. Living areas all open up onto the entertainment areas on one side and anchored by one retainer wall that runs through the center of the design (white face brick finish).
Large seating areas allow for intimate conversations... on a grand scale. (coffee table is deleted for view purposes here)
A huge roof area is developed into a stunning entertainment area fit for corporate events and entertaining or just relaxing in solace.
A stylish walk in dressing room with a huge mirror and ample closet space on a marbled floor. Skylights provide day light in this intimate space on route to the Master bathroom.
Upon entering the apartment one immediately looks into the living spaces. The long dark corridor acts as a tiled anchor in the design leading to bedrooms on either end, the kitchen and living areas in the background and a powder room on the right.
Bathed ion both natural light with a big picture window at the edge of the bath and the skylights. This bathroom includes solid marble tiles on the floor and ceiling with a handsome double shower and vanity and a closed off loo and urinal for privacy.
