This is a small one floor home with a floor space of 1,063 ft. This housing unit can comfortably house a family of four and bring a modern design to family living.平面布置图 105.76㎡
When you enter the home there is a small mud room with an attached laundry room, after entering the main room you will be greeted by a living room with an adjoining bathroom. Also part of the main room is a dining room and kitchen, in the last portion of the house are two bedrooms.

The children's room is a spacious comfortable area with lots of natural lighting provided by the large window. The room comes equipped with a bunk bed for the kids, a desk and computer, a wardrobe, and a night stand.
The washroom is a family shared washroom with a walk in shower, a modern toilet, and a rustic modern vanity to compliment the rooms modernist feel.
The master bedroom is a modern designed living area, the rooms dark appeal is brought to life by the large window that provides the room with lots of natural lighting as well as the several lamps and the over head light.
The living room has a large entertainment center with a wall mounted TV and a modern storage facility. There is a large modern L shape couch and a complimenting coffee table making the living room have a modern feel with a livability to it.
The Dining area has lots of natural light provided by a ledge window, the table is a black stained oak with a modern shape, the table comes with space for six seats and has a over head light to provide better lighting while eating or entertaining.
The kitchen is a modern designed area with a fridge costume built in to match the white cupboards. The kitchen comes equipped with a wall oven, a five burner cook top, and an island with a sink.
