Mix and match
This is the renovation of a small flat, joining living room and kitchen in one single space. The style is a mix and match part industrial, part vintage and with some classical hints. Who will live here? A single mother who sometimes work at home, her little daughter and their dog.平面佈置圖 72.66㎡
When joining the kitchen and the living in one single space, a wall was kept in between to thus have more storage space for the kitchen and a support wall for both the TV and the bioethanol fireplace. The decoration is a mix of industrial and vintage styles, with some classical touches.

Old doors have been installed in the master bedroom
A glass splashback keeps the kitchen clean.
The floor is an old herringbone oak floor coated with oil
The entrance door is surrounded by the same metal panels used in the rest of the kitchen.
The dining table can also be used as an extra space to prepare the meals. Thus, the use of the stool instead of chairs
The wall that parts the living provides an easy access to the kitchen
The tiles have a vintage look and a wall to wall mirror makes the space look bigger than it is
