Downtown Condo Renovation Austin, TX
Client is a young professional renovating her condo. She loves bold color & a eclectic style. She wants extra seating for entertaining. This arrangement can seat 14 people. Actual colors are navy and gold. I also moved an existing fireplace into the livng room as a focal point.Floor Plan 91.73㎡
This client has a very long narrow space with a wall that is crooked. Added panels in the living area to compensate. I demo'd the wall from the dining area to the living area opening the space, as well as the side counters in kitchen. Added modern cabinets, wood accents and smaller appliances.
