Uploading 3d models to homestyler

Hi,

I am having a lot of problems uploading 3d models to homestyler as they are not in the right format that homestyler accepts. Does anybody know of a good converter for this problem? I tried sketchup but homestyler only accepts 2019 sketchup files and all my models fail to upload. Any suggestion would be very useful.

Also, I cant manage to upload profiles in .dwg format either, although homestyler says it accepts it. How can that be?
