I am writing to report an unauthorized subscription charge on my account. I noticed a transaction from “Homestyler HK Limited Wan Chai” on my bank statement.

I kindly request that you:

Cancel any subscription associated with my account immediately.

Refund the full amount that was charged without my authorization.
