I'm wondering how this service works for you as designers. I receive a lot of inquiries under the "design service" tab, and I answer all of them. I've even replied within a minute of receiving the inquiry. After that, I don't get a response, and most of my responses aren't even read. What's the point? How does it work, or why doesn't it? Do these potential clients receive my responses on the website or via email?
