I recently noticed that my Homestyler subscription was automatically renewed, but I did not intend for this renewal to happen and forgot to cancel it in time.

I have not used the service during this billing period, and I would like to kindly request a refund for the amount charged. 

Could you please let me know if a refund is possible and what steps I should take?
