Загрузил платную модель вентиляции на потолке с сайта 3ddd, в програму прогрузилась и появилась в загрузках, но в сцену не могу ее перетащить и наложить на потолок. В чем проблема

I have no idea, although you should try the feedback button in the bottom right corner of your design. It should be black and white. Type the problem to home styler, and they usually get beck to you within a day or two
