AI Function Application:AI tools were seamlessly integrated into every phase of Casa Solana’s design process. Homestyler’s AI-assisted layout tools optimized spatial planning for flow and functionality, especially where traditional elements like arched passageways intersect with minimalist open-concept zones. Material matching algorithms helped fine-tune the mix of Mediterranean textures—stucco, terracotta, natural stone—with sleek contemporary materials like matte finishes and brushed metals. Competition Theme:Attention is captured through iconic architectural features—arched doorways, vaulted ceilings, and expansive views—complemented by crisp lines and balanced proportions. Interest is sustained by the layered interplay of tradition and innovation, where rustic textures meet minimalist geometry. Desire is cultivated through intentional serenity: open-air spaces, biophilic elements, and luxurious yet understated materials make the design emotionally resonant. Project Status:The project is in advanced conceptual development. All major design decisions have been finalized through AI-enhanced modeling and client collaboration. Questo è un centro sociale. Assomiglia moltissimo a quello che frequento e dove tengo il mio corso di teatro. E' un luogo di aggregazione, di accoglienza. Un posto inclusivo, dove non c'è razzismo, omofobia, diseguaglianza. Chi NON HA può venire e PRENDERE, chi ha può DARE. Da parte mia tengo gratuitamente il corso di teatro che così tutti possono frequentare, anche chi non ha le possibilità. Qui c'è sempre un pasto, un letto, una coperta per tutti. E' anche una comunità di base, cattolica. Il prete, che è anche l'ideatore di questo luogo, dice la Messa su un altare improvvisato, indossa il talamo arcobaleno, unisce in matrimonio persone transgender. Nel progetto l'ho pensato anche più grande di com'è realmente, magari, in futuro, potremo realizzare questo progetto. Tutti possono avere un pasto nella grande sala o mangiare insieme nel cortile. La camera al piano inferiore è per chi si ferma qualche giorno in più, quella sopra per avventori occasionali. I bambini possono giocare e correre, non mancherà mai un giocattolo per loro. Ed è anche un posto ricco di cultura con la sua biblioteca e le lezioni gratuite per imparare l'italiano o aiutare i bambini nei compiti. Come vedete le sedie sono scompagnate, i tavoli differenti fra loro. Tutto ciò che abbiamo è stato donato oppure è stato creato con materiali di riciclo, ma è stato fatto di tutto per renderlo un posto accogliente. CREDO CHE QUESTO PROGETTO RISPECCHI IN PIENO IL TEMA DELLA SPERANZA.

The house has a living area of 140 sqm. But without lack of any convenience. Outdoors you will find more luxury to gild everyday life with. The large windows invite nature into the home. When needed, you can darken all windows with a simple push of a button.

Eriola Baliaj 848.34㎡ Ristrutturazione casa anni '70. L'obbiettivo era rimodernare gli ambienti senza troppe modifiche strutturali. Nello specifico si è proceduto ad allargare alcune delle aperture già presenti, convertire una finestra per ricavarne il nuovo portone d'ingresso e rimuovere un tramezzo per ottenere la metratura adatta a una cameretta doppia. La nicchia già presente nella struttura originale, che fungeva da box doccia, è stata adibita ad armadio.

For this project I was inspired by the great architects of the Mid-Century Modern (Le Corbusier, Eileen Gray, Charles and Ray Eames, Arne Jacobsen, Rudolph M. Schindler, etc.). Here, in Italy, we have had Giovanni Michelucci. He designed a church, close to the highway in Florence. It is very particular. The Church of my project does not resemble that, it gave me only the inspiration. This style uses different materials: wood, metal, steel, stone and is simple but particular: whimsical (😉Usis).
