Besides they make the app only for new devices..That's bad! nobody will buy new devices to only have access to the game. When I have issues I email them and the first thing they tell is to update your device, even if it's obviously not my device. Why they just can't say: it's our error we will work to fix, why they blame my device!🤣 And this time I told them, hey guys it's impossible to update smth new🤣 oh well..Yeahh benefits are the first thing for them..well just like in any industry🤷🏻♀️

Thanks for your feedback! Yes of course I will hang on ☺️ and as for the rest believe me I tried everything!!! The thing is people playing are using our phones and devices as a server and as the new feature take so much memory that the ones that don’t have a lot free get kicked out! There is a huge problem with how this app is conceived and new options is obviously not the solution. I told them all that but … benefits is more important ☹️🤣

Ohh unfortunately HS is like that, I read some told they can't open and Crete designs cause it throws them back to My page even if the click on items in collections..And it happened with this new video feature!..Well you know new features bring lots of bugs 🐛🐛🐛 Btw did you clear the cash of HS ? Or maybe you could try to reinstall the app (be sure you remember mail and password!) or update the version of HS 🤔 Well maybe you're right about the last version of the device too..

Yes I must say here coziness lost a bit messy 😂😂😂 but anyway I try to have fun as HS is complicating my life !!! 🤯 it seems like you need the latest version of smartphones to be able to just being able to go along 😏☹️ so I feel a bit depleted 😔 So thank you again for supporting me so well 🥰🥰🥰
