The Promised Child; Greek Mythology.
For some considered myths; but also considered true by many Greeks as part of our country's culture. The promise child; commonly mistaken as Pegasus (a fictional Disney character). Son of Prometheus & Medusa (still have my doubts, because she was imprisoned & locked down inside her own temple, and it's believed she committed suicide because the Gods of the Olympus claimed she was mad, after assuring she had the golden pass to the throne but with no babies in her hands that could have proved it was true.) Also an hybrid, aka a titan. This sacred creature was send by the ancestors, with the mission to solve the conflict and war between gods & titans; meaning to finally return & establish peace between them. It was killed by Zeus. And it reincarnated as a mortal, by giving up it's powers.

And most articles & websites say, she had a human body as a normal woman, but with hair, eyes, and fangs instead of teeth as a snake does. So it could be same way around, maybe that's what she like to liked to transform herself into. 🤷🏻♀️ That's a mystery. 😅

Yes, it could be a legend, my dear friend. 😉 Don't know what that show is about; but you left me intrigued. You see, Medusa was also an hybrid, which means is almost impossible she could have human genes, titans are less likely to have genes similar to humans, and usually don't need a love mate to reproduce, they can bond and form a relationship with other titan or a god, and have a successor with that mate, but that doesn't mean they need a mate to conceive.

Cass, this is quite the legend. I've never heard of it before. it reminded me of a Canadian TV show that used to be popular in the 2010s, called Lost Girl (coincidentally it had great set design). Anyways, the main character is a Pyrippus (a "dark" horse), daughter to Ha*des and some succubus nymph. in the show, they say that Pegasus was the first Pyrippus. And Pyrippi are shape shifters and can look like any human.

So it could have been half horse and the other half don't know; or it might be what it want to transform itself into. 🤷🏻♀️ Oh and as a true fact, I'm not allowed to say Pegasus when my father is around, he does not like Hercules movie at all, the day we return from the Cinema, he was cursing in Greek all night long, and made their kids promise him to never call this creature Pegasus. 🤣😂 You guys can call it whatever you want; I don't mind. That's all I know about the Promised Child. 😉🤍💙

Oh. And One more thing. If I wasn't clear in the description... Pegasus it's just a Disney character. And don't remember it's real name (my das told me when I was a little kid); sadly I can no longer ask him he has long term memory issues, he doesn't remember what her aunts' names are. It was not merely a flying horse. It was an hybrid, a combination of their ancestors genes. They had the power to transform their appearance.
