Sure.
We each pick a color. Any color for ourselves, than we pick a color for each other challenger. Say Irene DariusF and myself in your case. Irene and I have already selected our personal colors which Irene picked Grey for herself and I picked black for my color.
She then gives me a color and you or our 3rd player a color. I do the same to you and her. And you would do the same. In the end, we each would have 3 colors to work with. They can be the same or different, doesn't matter.
