When I uploaded 2d images, I ALWAYS set “mural” in “Category”, no matter what is the image. Then I set the size to 1000mm on the left and 1000mm on the right (or accept the size as shown after I’ve set 1000mm on the left).

Thank you for all you do for us! May I ask you for help? I’ve tried making my own murals, but once they are uploaded, I can never get them big enough to fit on a wall. I’m not sure what to do to make them bigger. I’ve played with jpeg. Sizes, resolution, adjusted them oh HS but they are always too small and I only get small tiles rather than one large size. I have no problem getting yours to fit on a variety of walls, so there must be something I’m missing. Would you have any idea what?
