Living room- contemporary, yet inviting.

I usually prefer traditional, but felt like playing around with lines, and geometrical shapes. One of my favorite pieces in this home, is the Besta Burs TV unit and shelf, by IKEA,in gloss red. I also took a fancy to the area rug in the living room.It is called Fling, by Shaw floors. I went above and beyond,a bit, by including paintings, and a bench in the hallway, and a palm by a window that seemed to far away to bother. Various and assorted throws, and pillows were included for a homier feel.
