A Touch of Breeze

I have been working in a foreign country for a long time. Recently I discovered a nice place, which seems to have been built by someone from my hometown. I am going to build this place into a restaurant, specializing in the cuisine of my hometown. The breeze brings the fragrance of flowers into the restaurant, and familiar music lingers in the ears, it should be great. Please help me to design the it.
