This week, we introduce a brand-new room template: Spiral Staircase Terrace and Yard. You can find its rendering on the contest cover and access the template directly from the room template list in the design tool. This space centers around a sculptural spiral staircase that connects the terrace and the yard, creating a fluid transition between levels and outdoor areas. You are invited to reinterpret this layout in your own way—through material choices, spatial flow, and atmosphere. Please note that only designs created using the Spiral Staircase Terrace and Yard room template are eligible for contest judging.
