after the new renters moved in, the bumping noises stopped. none of the other people in the apartment talked about silverware flying across the kitchen, or whispering in the walls. I think it was safe to say that the new tenants had given the apartment complex an exorcism. oh, and also they actually cleaned up after themselves.
