Napoli - Naples it is a third Italian municipality in Italy by population, the capital of the Campania Region, famous for the pizza that the whole world envies us!

Pizza was born in Naples between 1700 and 1800, when the city was very populated, but at the same time poor and people ate this dish because it is cheap and easy to prepare. [...]

Neapolitan cuisine represents an unmistakable cultural identity for the Neapolitan city and is closely connected to the historical and cultural events of the city. The same, in fact, represents abroad one of the best known symbols of "made in Italy".
Among the typical dishes there are Neapolitan pizza, the Neapolitan pasta (spaghetti with clams, pasta with Neapolitan ragout), the aubergine parmigiana, the gnocchi alla Sorrentina, the Neapolitan pastiera.
