Infinity Austin Modification
This is a floorplan that I really liked from Infinity Custom Homes. I modified it to meet my needs.
Floor Plan 1970.77㎡
The house has 3 floors and a walk-out basement. Living spaces are on the main floor, bedrooms on the second floor, a music studio on the third floor. The basement has a game room, bar and guest quarters. There is also a stand-alone shop.

This is the Guest Bedroom in the Basement.
The Guest Bedroom has it's own En-Suite.
Hallway
This is the Main Floor Hallway: To the left is the Foyer, Office and Dining Room. To the right is the Powder Room, Den and a Coat Closet.
Dining Room, Pantry, and Mud Room are on the right. L
Bathroom 4
En-Suite Bathroom (with toilet and vanity) for Bedroom 4, wtih Pocket Door to Jack and Jill Bath.
Lounge/Foyer
This is the Third Floor Foyer with a door leading to the music studio, a 1/2 bath, and a balcony.

Foyer: On the left is Office, Stairwell, Coat Closet, and entry to the Den. The Living Room is straight ahead. The Dining Room is on the right.

Bedroom 5 (Second Floor)
Bedroom 5 has En-Suite toilet and sink, with Jack and Jill bath.
Bedroom 4
(Second Floor) Bedroom 4.
Bedroom 4 has En-Suite toilet and vanity with Jack and Jill Bath.
Second Floor Hallway
Second Floor Hallway: Bedroom 4 and 5 are on the left. The double doors straight ahead lead into the Master Suite. The Hallway to the right leads to a Balcony and the Upstairs Laundry Room.

Master Retreat
This is the Master Retreat, with a door leading out to a balcony. It is located on the right side of the Master Foyer next to the Master Bathroom.
Bunk Bathroom
This is the Bathroom connected to the Bunk Room. There are two toilet stalls and two shower stalls, as well as two double vanities.
Master Foyer
This is the Master Foyer on the second floor. To the right is the Master Retreat and master Bathroom.
To the left is the Master Bedroom.
Master Bathroom
The Master Bathroom has a large Walk-in Shower, double vanities with make-up area, separate Water Closet and large soaking tub.
Game Room
