Tropical Delight
In this design the focus was on a living style in the tropics by showcasing the kitchen and dining area and how it was connected to the living room with it's sunken lounge area. The spaces both flow out onto the terrace which was designed as and outdoor living area with pool. And to top it all is the view out onto the ocean. The use of rich warm wood tones, paired with natural bamboo and rattan and the striking wall paper and deep turquoise giving the perfect backdrop to show it all off.

The space that was focused on consist of a kitchen and dining room. living room with sunken lounge area and a terrace with swimming pool.

The next few pictures will show the pool area on the terrace. The terrace was style as an outdoor living room with comfortable seating and lounging furniture and options for shade.
This is on the top area of the sunken lounge and where the double doors flow out onto the terrace.
Glass shutters was used to crest a divide between the living and dining rooms
I the next few pictures you will see the sunken lounge area with it's deep green and striking wallpaper. Comfortable and cool!
Rich wood and rattan! Natural sisal rugs!

This is the kitchen area with island seating ready for the pina colada!
The dining table is big and set for the big family meals that is part of life in the tropics!
And the view......always the view just outside the windows!
