Hey Sandra, you might have to play with the camera angle a bit in order to make the lid and ensure that it's covering the whole area - it won't be applied to the depth of the pool, just the top surface. If you go to the texture/premium texture tab, you'll find a subsection called 'other' or 'special textures' and there you can find water. When you apply it, another column comes up on the right hand sind of the screen and theres a drop down list to select the colour overlay which is basically just the colour behind the water as the water is clear. When you apply it, it'll look like it's not working and there is nothing there, but when you actually render it then it'll show the water texture!

Hi Wendy, sorry to bother you, but I dont understand this part: then draw a rectangle/the same pool shape over the top as if it were a lid (WHEN I DO THIS ON THE LID NOTHING CAN BE ADDED AND IT WONT GIVE ME LIKE THE DEPTH OF THE POOL) and you can add the texture of water with a colour overlay (WHAT DO YOU MEAN)
