Bohemian Harmony
In this design the challenge was to use the Bohemian design style as inspiration. What was discovered in the process was that the Bohemian design style cannot be separated from a Bohemian lifestyle, which allows a free flow of energy, the natural goodness of nature and the permission to fill your house with color and objects. In this interpretation of the Bohemian style, the clients were more subdued in their choices and tended to go with a more modern and less cluttered way and with a limited color palette which brought peace and harmony in the space. Floor Plan 724.67㎡
Two story house, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and with different living spaces. Ground level: Kitchen, dining, living rooms, second bedroom and bathroom. Top floor: master suite with a retreat. Rustic brick and cement.

Space Showcase 54 Renders
The next pictures will showcase the outside facades of the house and the different outdoor living space in the front, sides and back of the house.
The arched windows was used to great effect making the house stand out in the neigbourhood.
Pergola in the front, creating an outdoor living space.
Balcony off the main bedroom.....
Front door flanked by seating areas under the pergola.
The gardens was kept rustic and intimate.
This is the outdoor dining area off the kitchen and living room.
Dining al fresco is a big favorite for the family.
On the side of the house.....planted columns creating so much atmosphere and protection against harsh sunlight.
Lounge
A Bohemian minute at the top of the stairs.....
The staircase was bespoke and designed especially for this house. Polished cement and with interesting curves as will be seen later.
On top of the staircase is the master suite retreat....
The oversized wallpaper was used to create much drama, but paired with the limited color in the rest of the room, also created enough harmony.
Master Bedroom
The master bedroom is spacious and comfortable with direct access to the outdoor balcony via the louvred doors.
The dressing room on one side of the master suite....
Bohemian in perfect harmony......
Living Room
This is the front door and entrance hallway.....so warm and inviting, calm and even serene at the same time.
On the landing space of the staircase leading upwards, they created and extra little seating area to take in the view from the wonderful arched window.....
In the following pictures the bespoke staircase with all her curves and multi functions are shown off. Take your time to enjoy it....
Imagine sitting by the fire......
This the living room area with ample seating on the oversized couches. Enjoy!
Second Bedroom
The second bedroom.....smaller in size, but big in personality....
Master Bathroom
The master bathroom is one classy space! All the touches of a bohemian style, but done in such a harmonious way! Breath innnnn and out!
Kitchen
The kitchen also serves as a dining room and welcomes you into her heart! The perfect space to cook and eat and be happy!
Second Bathroom
This is the second bathroom with her warm and welcoming glow!
And this is the song of the harmonious Bohemian house! I hope it's a song that brought joy to your heart and a tune that you want to hum throughout the day.....
