Test 5.0: Shades of White and Concrete
This is the concrete house sitting high on a hill and looking out over the ocean. The house was designed with arched walls in different spaces, showing off her curves making use of the magnificent ocean view. Inside curved walls were used to create privacy and flow from one area to another. Concrete was the main building material used and was paired with a wood veneer and local cut stone on the curved exterior walls. They used concrete blocks to frame some of the windows indoors and used the framed areas as part of the decoration. White on concrete with a touch of wood!

Second Bathroom
This is the second bathroom where different textures of concrete were put together and paired with a small touch of a rich wood veneer.

Standing on the stairs looking into the study area with it's wide window seat looking out over the ocean.
This lady has curves and not scared to show them off!
Outdoor on the patio with it's lovely local cut stone work.
The patio was styled with different seating areas and direct access to the indoor living room. The big windows was used to always keep the connection between indoors and outdoors.

Second Bedroom
This is the second bedroom. Look how they made use of the build in window seat to convert it into a bed. With the best view possible!
The concrete again was paired with a touch of wood and white!
Master Bedroom
Entrance to the expansive Master suite on the top floor.
Curved walls keeping the flow of the room and making the best views possible.
Seating area in the room to sit and relax and enjoy the ocean from a distance.
On the entree side of the room the mountain views are prominent.
Curved wall creating the perfect little alcove for the bed to fit in. Shades of concrete, white and wood!
This is the dressing area and flowing into the master bathroom.
A mirrored wall in the left used to expand the room!
The blocked in windows was used here to create an extra little counter space for the vanity.
Lounge
Downstairs in the small reception room that doubles up as a TV corner.
Ocean views, oh yes!
Living and Dining Room
This is the kitchen area in the vast open space. The kitchen cabinets was chosen in a minimalist style to hide clutter.
A big wine fridge/cabinet in the kitchen area.
And of course the views!
A curved wall was created to frame a piece of the room for a dining area. And with great success!
Moving into the living room with it's curved window walls, fireplace and magnificent views!
The furniture pieces were chosen carefully not to clutter the rooms, but still providing enough seating.
Shades of white and concrete living together!
Library
On the top floor landing is this study area.
And this is a good place to start and end the day! Hope you enjoyed the tour!

Wow!!....this is one special and individual looking apartment sitting spectacularly high above the waters below. The use of the new curved windows added such elegance and really make the most of the views...giving this whole apartment great cohesion and a real sharp design feature. Loved the concrete and how you teamed it with accents of darker wood. As always your tremendous design capabilities and sense of style allowed for this apartment to flow beautifully and you created the most fantastic home which had so many aspects to admire in every room and photo. Bravo my friend another design triumph in every way.!!

Wow, Wow, WOW!!! This is stunning!! Every shot is absolutely gorgeous!! I love the curves, the windows, the wood, the concrete!! And your styling is top-notch. I wouldn't change one stitch in this entire home -- I want to move in immediately! I hope this wins top honors -- it deserves it.
