Ramin's house

My floor plan tries to keep every room equal and reasonable in aspects of space. My second floor like most casual modern houses includes all bedrooms on the top floor. It includes 2 bedrooms, a shared bathroom, a hallway, master bedroom, master bathroom, and closet.

Garage

In my garage we have 6 cars which I own because I'm rich. There's an access from the inside which you can see in the first image. Windows are shown own both sides. We have multiple cars because I'm a celebrity. And also a triple garage door so all the cars can get out.

Kitchen

My kitchen contains all the essential tools to cook and lots of beverages and food as well. There's an air fryer, dishes, pans, and more kitchen essentials. The room is small but big enough to carry out it's job. Overall this is similar to most modern designs.

Hallway

The hallway is spacious so it doesn't get crowded, it looks 'fancy' to show that his house is expensive and well designed. In this hallway 3 doors and the stairs are showcased to show how to get to places.

Bathroom

The bathroom is clean and carries out the task it contains of all the bathroom essentials including donuts in the sink. There's a window and curtains in case you want privacy. It's designed like a normal modern bathroom.

Dining Room

The dining room consists of 2 tables which could be altered for different uses. Normally houses would have kitchen islands so the second table could act as that. We then have a French window and multiple paintings around. This kitchen is very similar to modern designs

Second Bedroom

The bedroom consists of books and toys because this is a kids room, there is also a dresser because that is an essential and a desk for the kids to work. There's also a bunk bed because it's a essential for a bedroom. This design is unique and clean.

Living Room

The living room consists of multiple paintings, artifacts, and posters hung on the wall. It also consists of a living area where you could sit and watch tv. The room also displays a few doors to show how to get to places.

Laundry Room

The laundry room is located in the basement it contains the essentials and a basketball net because of how spacious the laundry room is.

Bathroom1

The bathroom in the basement is similar to many modern bathrooms. It requires all the essentials which are well positioned.

Master Bathroom

The bathroom contains a shower and bathtub so the person can choose what they want. It's spacious and well-deserving for the master bathroom.

Bathroom2

The bathroom includes all the necessities and is well designed and spacious.

Closet

The closet includes clothes a window and a mirror it's a very nice closet.

Master Bedroom1

The master bedroom is spacious and the person is still moving their furniture in. However, I would personally live here it also includes two doors to the bathroom and closet.

Other Room

This is the gym it contains a variety of necessary workout machines, dumbbells, and other sports. This is to ensure that you don't have to waste time to go to the gym when you have a nicer gym at your house.

Lounge

This is the man cave which isn't included in every house. It includes a bar, gaming setup, couches, tv's, darts, a pool and foosball table. This is one of the nicest man caves I've seen.

Bedroom

This is the second bedroom it has all the necessities in a bedroom and even more. It's well designed and spacious to maximize walking space. Personally I would want to live here.
