This 3 unit Beach Air BNB is perfect if you're contemplating a tropical getaway. It can sleep 4-6 persons. All 3 units are identical in design. Lower level consist of an open floorplan, living room, dining and kitchen. There is also a powder room on the lower level. Upstairs has a reading nook, a bonus sofa/bed, a full bath, 2 bedrooms, and a storage closet. With the wrap around porch, you can enjoy the spectacular view of this tropical island and the ocean.

    Use the customize 2.0 feature. Using the rectangle, draw your surface, extrude it to your desired height. click on the line feature, place it at the edge of your surface, right where it indicates the midpont, draw a line in a upward motion as high as you want your pitch (I think I went up 4or 5 ft). Once you reach your pitch, bring the line down to the end of your surface. It will automatically form a triangle. Do the same on the opposite side.

    Once your triangle is formed, delete the line in the middle. Now you can either offset and extrude here or extrude to cover your surface and then work on the fine details. Check to see if HS has a tutorial on this....I want to believe they do. I think it may be best to see it being done than for me to explain. But let me know if any of this was able to help you.
