Lurking in the Shadows
Oh how I wish I would have had more time to work on this one! Oh well! I wanted to create the feeling of exploring an old abandoned home that has been left mostly untouched. The exterior has weathered and some aging has taken place inside, but the interior mostly remains intact. It is intentionally dark to create a feeling of unease...sometimes it's what you can't see that is the most terrifying. Turn on the lights that still work and light some fires, maybe that will help calm your fears. 🎃

Doors to the left of the entrance lead to the parlor room, and further beyond is a door to the bathroom.
To the right of the entrance is the dining room. The doors beyond lead to the kitchen.
The master bedroom is on the second floor. The flowing curtain screens hint at ghostly happenings.

The parlor room on the first floor next to the front entrance. The lantern casts eerie shadows all over this room.
The second bedroom is on the second floor and has a seating area alongside the rounded wall.

I'm sure my exposure to the Addams family played some role in how this turned out, but I wasn't designing it with that in mind. I just enjoy most things that are creepy, mysterious, and spooky. 🖤 It would be a huge compliment if they wanted to live here though.👻
