This was a House Plan from Highland Homes that I modified. I changed the layout of some of the upstairs area and changed some rooms downstairs. I added an indoor pool, full balcony on the second story, and separate shop.

The 1st story contains the living areas, study, master suite, & guest room. The 2nd floor contains the other bedrooms, media room, game room, & loft. The house has a 2-car garage & a 1-car garage w/access to the guest room. There is an outdoor kitchen, separate shop with a studio and an indoor pool.
