Well, I just went trying here and there, experimenting without being afraid, and just putting objects and seeing if it looks good or not. Every time there is something I don't like, I just see what I want to change, and how to perfection it. I learn from my mistakes (I did so many, that this is my second account). Now and then, I go and see my old projects, and try to not do the same :)
But basically, experiment, learn from your mistakes, and you always have YouTube for tutorials!
