Cyrela

I've been trying to design more realistic floorplans, so I got this floorplan from a construction company called Cyrela. The original floorplan didn't have an integration between living room and balcony, but since it's a small apartment, every inch counts and integration helps to optimaze space. It's a neutral, comfortable, cozy and livable home. I hope you like it.

Bathroom

This bathroom serves both the bedroom and the eventual guests. It's light, bright and elegant.

A little bit of gold to brighten up the space couldn't hurt, right

Kitchen

Storage in small spaces can be a challenge, so here I optimized every corner. The cabinets and drawers have pits intead of pullers so it looks more spacious and less cluttered.

The kitchen connects with the living room through a portal tath continues troughout the kitchen as a stand. The solution makes the kitchen less closed, allowing air and wind in and out easily.

Master Bathroom

A simple bathroom, with not too much color is what a colorful suite needs - a space to decompress and relax with less stimulus.

Living and Dining Room

This living room is the space I liked the most. It has a nice flow trough living, dining, home office and gourmet corner in the balcony. With the big sofa and matching color palette the whole room has some kind of unity, but the spaces are well delimited.
