#AprilFoolContest: The Rabbit Hole
Honestly, I felt lost and without inspiration of any ideas for this challenge! So in my desperate search for clues to find inspiration, I went down so many rabbit holes! And then suddenly the lightbulb went on: the rabbit hole! Thus I present to you the rabbit hole and a modern day Alice in Wonderland inspired fantastical home at the end of the tunnel! In this home all is not always what you see......and what you see is not necessarily what you get.....fasten your seatbelt and hold on to your heart....here we go down the rabbit hole!

Dining Room
Where do you enter?
Sliding down the rabbit hole.....and up again!
Down this rabbit hole is the dining room! A fantasy experience that makes the jaw drop!
Come down.....your are invited to tea!!
In real life, the kitchen is flowing into the dining space. They used mostly dark greys and black, with pops of color to create the desired effect.
Come to tea down the rabbit hole! And hold on to your head!
Living Room
In this house, every surface and every reflection tells a story of their own! See what you see what you don't see...!
I want out! Is the the way out??
In this house there is only one way out.....but where is it?
Down the rabbit hole finding a living room that blows your mind! Comfortable seating and an element of whimsey!
Greenery were added to brighten the dark color palette and to make the experience so much real!
He must be thinking: how do I get up there again??
There is light at the end of the tunnel....so there must be life out there!
Master Bedroom1
In the bedroom the rabbit hole was coated softer colors and bathed in soft light!
In real life, the bedroom is off the entry way and they used glass doors to enhance the experience of the dramatic walls throughout the house. They softened the color palette to lighter greys and the softest of dusty pink.
See how the light is coming through the tunnel my love!! In here we are warm and cozy and safe!
In real life, the bathroom is en suite with the bedroom, and there is ample storage.
Outside in the city, the day is a day like every day before the day!
Kitchen
The kitchen has a hiding place around the corner......what can be lurking there??
Is it....or is it not? That's the question my dear Watson!
In real life the kitchen is comfortable and well designed and has views out onto the city and into the dining and living spaces.
Master bathroom
In real life the bathroom is fitted with a big shower and gorgeous vanity.
The views out on the city is such a great experience!
An the skylight! Is it or is it not......??? Is there an answer to that question?
This illusion is then the end of the tour! I hope you enjoyed the experience in the house down the rabbit hole! I'll show you the way out, but please hit the red heart to open the door!
