Shelby's Design (New + Renderings)

Floor Plan 769.85㎡

This is a 3 bedroom and 3 bathroom house. It's also 2 stories and has an unfinished basement with a gym and rec room.

Bedroom

This is the guest room and it has a fishing and aquarium theme. I did this late at night when I should have been sleeping but I felt creative and had to finish it before the creative flow was gone.

To complete the aquarium theme I had to add a fish tank and the bubble light.

Stairwell

I chose these stairs because they have storage underneath and looked comfortable.

I don't like small laundry rooms because you always bump into people so I made this one huge.

Second Bathroom

This bathroom needed to have a large space for getting ready in the morning and I added individual flower pedals in the bath tub to make it look more aesthetically pleasing.

This bathroom has my favourite wallpaper in it since it is so fascinating to look at.

Living and Dining Room

There is a divider between the living room, dining room and kitchen so that it could be somewhat separated without making it too closed in.

The living room has a turquoise theme and the fire has some blue in it that matches and ties it all in.

Here's the dining table with a feature wall that was supposed to be blue in order to match the painting. It also has some condiments on the table.

This is the kitchen with lots of appliances and some nice fine china in the hutch. The island is my favourite part.

This is the entrance with some storage for coats, hats and shoes.

Bathroom1

This is the shared bathroom and the counter top was supposed to be black but it keeps turning out yellow.

I did a blue theme and the floor turned out a lot better than I thought it would.

Hallway

I felt that a piano was needed somewhere in the house and that corner was empty. I also could not get rid of the wires for the stairs.

Bathroom

This is the main floor bathroom and the wall is actually a carpet wall because the design was so awesome.

The fancy "tAbLe" -Logan, is there since it has wonderful details in it that makes it interesting.

Kids Room

I made the coolest kids room since it has wonderful LEDs and a little tiger rug.

The tent is one of my favourite features and I love Po the Kung Fu Panda hidden on the shelf.

Master Bedroom

This is a large bedroom so I added a cozy sitting place and a cute sleeping cat.

The shiny cheese wheel ottoman is great for trying on different shoes with an outfit.
