This house was built in such manner that it would be relaxing and welcoming to anything living. It is a modern 2 story house not including the basement. All rooms are fully furnished and designed to fit the modern area of interior design. It is truly a house to die for.Floor Plan 709.42㎡

Office
The desk is a nice white marble which supports an iPad air, Mac and a computer. Towards the back of the room is a storage unite. The door leads to the main upstairs hallway.
My favorite part of the room would have to be the desk set up. I like how the nice marble top stands out against the black wall and also goes nicely with the baseboards or crown mouldings.
(Bedroom 2) The door to the left leads to the main upstairs hallway. There is a wooden shelf and to the right of that is a dresser with a tv above it. There are two windows to the right of the tv and white curtains hang above it. Lastly the bed is just at the bottom of the render.
(Bedroom 2) My favorite part of the room has to be the grey colorway I got going. The way the furniture blends in with the walls to create a nice color way for the entire room. The grey is relaxing to the eye and provide a great environment.
Bathroom1
The bathroom consists of a walk in shower, single sink vanity and a toilet. There is also a painting on the wall and a towel rack. There is also a shelf in the bottom left corner for storage. Lastly the door leads to the main upstairs hallway.
My favorite part of the bathroom has to be the sink. I like how the whole vanity looks from the pristine gold knobs and faucet to the crisp black color. The vanity defiantly catches peoples eye.
Bedroom
The bedroom consists of a grey theme bed sandwiched between two night tables. Above the bed hangs a painting and to the right of it is a mirror. The door leads to the basement main area/gym. A dresser can also be seen in the bottom left corner.
My favorite part of the bedroom has to be the grey color scheme. This color is a new one we haven't seen yet and it looks amazing in this environment. Flows nicely the baseboards and mouldings.
(Laundry Room) My favorite part of this room has to be the countertop space I provided. It looks nice but most importantly it is functional. It's a generous amount and would definitely help with folding clothes.
(Laundry Room) You have a washer in the corner of the room on top is a countertop that runs to the dryer. Beside the dryer is the laundry sink followed by another countertop. There is also an ironing table to the left.
(Gym) This is a nice gym area to zone out in to maximize your concentration. There is plenty of gym equipment to use to get your blood pumping. My favorite part of the gym has to be the open space provided. That is more than enough room to have an exercise session.
(Basement) There are arcade machines, a pool table and a air hockey table to have as much fun as possible. There is also a dart board on the wall alongside some paintings and plants for added decoration.
(Basement) There is also a mire place and storage shelf are on the right. The door on the left leads to the basement bedroom and the door on the right leads to the basement washroom.
(Basement) My favorite part of the basement has to be the arcade and games area. That would be a blast to have and would be so much fun. I mean like who wouldn't want to have an arcade in their basement?
Kitchen
My favorite part of the kitchen has to be the whole white color scheme. It looks very modern and new which was my main goal. The nice marble countertop flows alongside the cabinets flow with the whole color scheme well too.
The kitchen starts off with an island in the middle of it. There are food bowls on the floor to the left for your pet to eat out of. To the right is a wine shelf. The room is laced with white cabinets and has a black subway tile backsplash. You also have a floating fan attached to the bulkhead.
(Basement Bathroom) My favorite part of the washroom has to be the off white color scheme I chose for it. It's very different and really sets its own personal identity, different from the other rooms.
The bathroom consists of a single vanity sink and a toilet. You have a shelf for storage and towel rack on the wall. A painting is hung on the wall to stand out.
Master Bathroom
The master bathroom has a walk in shower with a bath tub. There is also a double sink vanity and to the right of it is a toilet. There is also a window for natural sunlight.
My favorite part of the master bathroom would have to be the color scheme I picked out for it. It's nice break from the dark and bright schemes because it's providing it's very own laid back one.
(Dining Room) There is a black table in the center with a nice golden chandelier above it. 5 white leather chairs surround it alongside a bench. Windows are off to the left to provide natural sunlight. There is also a fire place in between the two windows and above it are a series of paintings.
(Front Foyer) There is a nice shoe cubbie allowing easy access to store shoes. Beside it is a mirror to make sure you look your best before you go out for that important business meeting. Plants are in place to help provide a nice green accent to the room. Lastly a chandelier hangs on the roof.
(Living Room) The living room is equipped with black leather chairs accompanied with a nice black coffee table with a white marble top. A white carpet lays on the floor along with a wooden shelf on the wall.
(Living Room) My favourite part of the living room would have to be the tv entertainment are as it looks amazing standing out against the white wall. The white crown mouldings also acoumpie the room well.
(Dining Room) The door right of the window leads to the laundry room. My favourite part of the dining room has to be the the fireplace on the side. It looks nice placed there and helps fill in the blank space within the room.
(Front Foyer) My favourite part of the front foyer has to be the greenery in the room. It helps the room with not look so bright white and shiny. They help calm down the whole brightness of the room and gives it a nice aesthetic.
Bedroom1
A bunk bed and fuzzy carpet is provided for the child themed bedroom. There is also a dresser and above it is a mirror alongside a lamp. There is also a human sized Homer Simpson doll to watch over the kids to make sure nobody is hurt. A toy chest is also provided by the door.
My favourite part of this room has to be the colour of the room and floors and how they blend together to create this magnificent colour scheme. My other favourite part has to be the bodyguard minion that comes with the room.
Hallway
The furthest door leads to a bedroom and the 2nd furthest leads to the washroom. My favourite part of the hallway has to be the wall long fish tank. It's just a fun random idea I had that ended up looking pretty cool in the long run, that is why it's my favorite part.
Paintings line the wall on the right alongside a table. There are also to plants at the very end of the hallway and above it is a bay window. There are also pod lights for lighting. The door on the right leads to the master bedroom and opposite to it is the elongated fish tank.
For decoration purposes we have a fireplace on the left with paintings to the right of it. There is also a table there which in front of it lays the stairs that lead to the main floor.
Garage
My favorite part of the garage has to be the window on the right. It looks so nice parking a car there and having the sunlight beam through the window onto it. A little feature that just ends up looking really great.
There are two cars parked with 2 pillars separating them. A elongated window allows for easy access of natural light along with installed pod lights. Lastly there is a door on the far right to provide easy outside access along with the two garage doors.
Bathroom
The door leads to the hallway in the main floor. My favorite part of the first floor washroom would have to be the marble floor I chose for it. It fits nicely with the baseboards and crown mouldings. It also helps separate the contrast on the walls with the floor.
The first floor bathroom contains your usual items. A toilet, sink and mirror are all provided. There is the light or the window to select from when it comes to light. There is also a shelf in the corner with bathroom accessories resting on it. The room also has a nice grey color scheme.
Master Bedroom
The doors on the left lead to the hallway to the hallway and there is an open closet to provide easy access to clothes. There is a nice entertainment space to ensure relaxedness is the number one factor. Windows on the right to provide natural light in the house and luscious curtains to cover them.
I design the master bedroom in such a way that it can be comforting and pleasing. The colors chosen for the furniture in the room are picked in such a way so that they stand out and flow nicely with the whole theme. My favorite part of the room would be the bed area because it is so exquisite.
