When I was making my design I thought that I would keep all my bed rooms off to the side of the house and have the middle of the house the biggest area so that there would be a lot of space for and open concept house. I put the garage to the left of the house so that could make the width bigger.

Bathroom1

I designed the first bathroom without a shower and made it more like a powder room. This is the main floor bathroom so there was no need for a shower. the floor is made out of marble to match the sink.

Living and Dining Room

This is the open concept living room which backs on to the kitchen. The idea behind this rooms concept is that you can entertain guests while cooking. This room would make a good party room do to the open design of it.

Bedroom1

This is the first bedroom I made it has a bay window in it to create more light and to show case the view of the city from the room. The room has hard wood floors and is based on a modern design of the house.

Hallway

This is the hallway with the front door of the house. The idea behind this hallway is that the bay window is their so that you can sit to take your shoes off or put them on. Also it provides a view of the street so that you can see when people arrive and are leavening.

Stairwell1

This is the top of the stairwell and it lead to the upstairs lounge. The stairs are made out of hardwood and has white meatal guard rails with bend well with the wall.

Lounge

This is the upstairs lounge this room is more suited as a TV room where one could watch movies with their friends and family. This is also a great room to entertain in.

Bathroom

This is another bathroom which also has a tub in so people can clean themselves. This bathroom is bigger than the other bathroom I designed it this way so that I cloud fit a tub or shower in it. This bathroom also contains marble floors and a checkered marble walls.

Bedroom

This is another bedroom I designed it has a bay window in it to create more light and to showcase the view of the city and canal from the room. The room has hard wood floors and is based on a modern design of the house. The bay window base is made out of marble.

Garage

This is the garage, it's a three car garage with a charging station for electric cars. It has a modern designed with black marble floor and carbon fiber garage doors.

Stairwell

This is middle landing of the stair well it lead up stairs and down the stairs.

Second Bedroom

This is another bedroom it is very similar to the other bedrooms except for the fact that it doesn't have a bay window. But on the upside this room does a different lighting system.

Master Bedroom1

This is the master bedroom it is bigger than the other bedrooms and it is intended for the owner of the house because it is the biggest and most finished bedroom in the house.
