To organize the floor plan, I did what seemed the most logical and aesthetic. I left plenty of large open spaces for gathering and whatnot.

Second Bathroom

The second bathroom is located on the second floor next to the lounging area. It includes a shower stall, two washbasins, and a toilet. The highlight of this room is the curtained-off overlook. It is a windowed area with enough room to fit a person.

Bedroom3

This is the first of three bedrooms. It features a corner window above the couch to let in a lot of natural light, giving the room a good place to sleep and work. It also has a large set of desks in one area, great as a home office and a workspace.

Corridor

The hallway is the first room upon entering the home. It provides access to all of the first-floor rooms and stair access to the second floor and basement. It is well lit for traversal and provides plenty of space for several people to pass.

Library

The equipment room is a large room on the first floor. It features several different exercise machines and plenty of space to walk through. It has access to one of the stairwells to the basement, and access to the garage.

Bathroom2

The first-floor bathroom is fully equipped with a shower, a separate bathtub, and a privacy screen upon entering. It connects to the main corridor for ease of access.

Second Bathroom

The second-floor bathroom connects to the master bedroom. It features a personal hot tub and two washbasins, as well as a shower stall.

Living and Dining Room

This room is located on the first floor. It is a living room and dining room. It comes furnished with a six-seater table and a curtained doorway to the kitchen. It connects three rooms and has a sliding door to the backyard. The living room section has a fireplace and a large seating area.

The dining room area of this room is furnished to house a group of six at one time. It has a large window above it to let in lots of natural light and has easy access to the kitchen. The curtains give the area an ethereal look with a bonus of lighting up the room.

Kitchen

The kitchen is located on the first floor next to the combo dining and living room. It has two islands and two stoves, perfect for serving a large social event or a small family. There is ample space to move around and plenty of space for utensils and silverware.

Lounge1

The lounge is located on the first floor. It has a view of the front of the house. It is a good place for a person to relax and unwind. The large front window lets in a lot of natural light that illuminated the entire room. It is filled with a variety of things to do and has a large seating area.

Garage

The garage is located on the right side of the house and can easily fit up to two cars plus any other equipment or boxes needed. It provides ample storage space and is easily accessible from the interior of the home.

Master Bathroom

The master bedroom is made with comfort in mind. It is furnished to house up to two people and has a very nice view of the outside area. It has its own private bathroom

Bedroom2

This bedroom is located on the second floor. It is ideal for the budding musician and features a large open space furnished with many instruments. There is a desktop on the side and a large wardrobe/storage space in the other corner.

Upstairs Lounge

The upstairs lounge is set on the second floor. It is set outside all of the bedrooms. It has a large seating area and a screen perfect for small gatherings and social events. The room has a large windowed area overlooking the outside.
