This is a devoloping residencial bulding near my house and it has my name on it. But this is not the only reason why I chose this floor plan to design. This floorplan is really smart and has a nice flow troughout the rooms. I hope yoou liked it.

Master Bedroom

The room must be a relaxing space and through neutral tones and just a little bit of color accents, this is the ideal space to be after a busy day.

Earthy tones, greens and blues appear in several points in the house and it's not diffferent with this bedroom.

Second Bedroom

This is a room for a younger person, with more vibrant colors, but maintaining the neutral tones which are present in the rest of the house to create some unity.

Bathroom

A half bath is the place of the house where you can go a little over the top, which is why I chose to put wallpapper all over it, creating a unique atmosphere that surrounds who enters this room but, because of the color, it's not overstimulating.

Master Bathroom

Once again, green.

Balcony

Because of the sofa with a chaise right next to the wall dividing balcony and living room, I flipped the door to open up to the balcony. As the balcony is fully closed with a glass curtain, it still feels inside, but not really. Plus, you don't get out of the bathroom straight into the living room.

This integrated living and dining room and kitchen set the tone to the rest of the house. With neutral tones in the walls and most of the furniture, the colors green and blue appear in the details and in the rest of the house, creating unity.

This tiles are just cute and feels like they're moving, which give a unique vibe to the kitchen.

Really Nice. Your talented because there are so many different colors that you would think wouldn't go together but yet you were able to make them blend:)
