Getting some inspiration from my own house, a neighbours house, and the set of the brady bunch, I made this to be ready for an open house, and for anyone to feel comfortable as soon as they stepped inside.
Cover & Introduction
Dining Room This is a family and guest friendly space to gather together for meals.
Guest Bedroom I choose a mature but neutral theme for this guest bedroom, so anyone would feel comfortable.
Front hall/Kitchen/Living room
Kitchen By trying to keep this an open space, I added a kitchen island and bar seating.
Living Room (second floor) I chose earthy tones for this space since the green house is located next to it.
Kids Bedroom I tried to make a comfortable room with lots of toys that kids would enjoy. The room does not have a closet, so I added a large wardrobe cabinet, and a bed with plenty of storage room underneath.
Office I gave the office a nature theme by painting an accent wall forest green, adding wood furniture, and adding the animal fur rug.
Living Room I wanted to keep this room light and comfortable so that new owners could picture themselves living here.
Back Yard Includes a hot tub, pool, fountain, and patio furniture.
Mud Room A small room attached to the garage to throw coats and shoes.
Bathroom a light airy green with an accented marble wall.
Play Room A nice place to keep toys and other items.
Guest Bathroom A small but private bathroom attached to the guest bedroom.
Master Bedroom I kept this bedroom nice and open with the slanted wall and large windows. This room also includes his&her closets
Master Bathroom Includes a large bathtub, two sinks, and a high placed window for privacy.
Second Kids Bedroom Very similar to the other kids bedroom with a different colour scheme.
Kids Bathroom It is located in between the kids bedrooms for easy access. It also includes sliding doors that lock to reduce space. There is a linen closet on the left in this picture.
Patio (second floor) Includes a small greenhouse.
Living Room & Kitchen
Family Room A big open space for movie and game nights.
Garage three car garage with workout equipment.
Laundry Room Simple space with some drying racks.
Hallway (Upstairs) I tied to find the biggest chandelier.
