gr12 house desing

Floor Plan 328.37㎡

i chose to make the first floor a open consept so it can alow for more area to have other thing if needed like decorations family gathings or partys. for the upstairs i chose to have the bathroom and bedrooms fairly close to eachother because it made the most sence functional.

living room and kichten

for the kichten i chose to make it a green and sliver colour sheem with the cabnets being dark green and the walls of the entire room a light green. most of the appliences are gray or bakc to match the colour sceem i had in my head.

for the living room i also chose to do a green colour scheem because it made the most sence since the kichen and living room are conected. i had costomized the couch and cat tree to be darker shades of green to match with the colour scheem of the room.

Master Bedroom

for the master beedroom i followed a simmiler colour scheem to the living room and kichten but insted of green and silver i chose a green and brown colour scheem in this room.

Cloak Room1

this is the third closet thay gose with the 2nd kids room. very plan not very much imn this closet becuse its just closet.

Other Room

for the first kid room i chose a blue, purple and pink colour scheem for this room. i made the room as gender nutral as i can to alow for room to look fun and cohesive

Bathroom1

for the first floor bathroom i chose a brown colour scheem to keep the bathroom nutral and simple.

Cloak Room2

the first closet is in the first kids room its a simple blue with a teal and green dresser with a mirror nothing to crazy since its in a kids room

Kids Room

this is the second kids room, for this room i chose a yelow and green colour scheem for this room i think the yellow and green work together well and make this room and positve space.

hallway

for the upstairs hallway i chose a gray colour for the walls to keep it simple and i added black and white painting along with some blue paintings as well.

Cloak Room

this is the second closet attached to the master bedroom with a simple ikea style sheliving unit.

Second Bathroom

the second bathroom had a warm brown colour scheem very nutral and minimalistic.
