Floor Plan 321.75㎡

My plan for the layout of the house was to have the bedrooms separate from the kitchen and living room, but still accessible to the bedrooms and other rooms. For this house I also wanted the bedrooms to be beside each other so you don't hear people in the kitchen while your trying to sleep.

Mater Closet

This walk-in closet is connected to the master bedroom and is very spacey with lots of room for all your clothes and storage needs

The door is away from the main closet enough so that you can move big things into this room without hitting dressers and storage. My favorite part about the closet is the floor design, the gray with black lines that make 3d looking squares and I really like the look of it.

Dining Room

The dining room is a nice open place so that you have room to move between rooms and so that you can have lots of space to eat food. The windows are in such a place that you can have nice natural light while you eat

The dining room is connected to the kitchen and corridor which leads to the living room for quick and easy access without being to much there. My favorite part of the dining room is the lights that sit above it because they give a very warm feeling to the aesthetic of the room.

Living Room1

The living room is very spacey so that you can have people watching tv, reading a book, or just hanging out while allowing kids or etc... playing around in the open space. its near the bedrooms and bathroom so that you can easily go between watching tv with the family and being in your own room

The front door goes straight into the living room because I feel like it gives a very warm feeling when you enter the house for any guest that come over. My favorite part the room is the couch and tv area since it gives a nice relaxing feels when I look at it.

Bedroom

This bedroom is connected to the living room and beside the first bathroom so that you can have easy access to go to the washroom. The wall color I felt like it spoke well to the green of the rest of the house and the floor color matches with the blue of the house very nicely.

This room has lots of space so you can do virtually anything you want in this room and it gives a nice design with the desk and the dresser. My favorited thing about the bedroom is the projector with the little couch, it has a nice touch to the room.

Closet

This closet is beside the front door so you can put away your jackets and what not without having to go far. There is a lamp in hear so you can turn on a light if needed.

There is lots of space for small storage and lots of outdoor gear. The best part about the closet is the floor which is the same inside the master closet.

Hallway

This hallway connects the master bedroom to the kitchen and dining room without being to close so you don't hear things that you don't want to hear. Its very open with lots of space to walk through and put whatever you want at the back door.

The hallway also connects to the back yard so you can come in and out without bothering people in the other rooms. The good part about the hallway is that it is very spacey so that you can have what you want here without a space issue

Master Bedroom

This is the master bedroom that is connected to the hallway with a double door that gives it a greater room feel. There is lots of space and it has room for you to add/do what you want inside the room.

The master bedroom has its own bathroom and walk-in closet so that you can have a closed private space for yourself and still have access to things. My personal favorite part of this room is the open space that is has since I could do whatever I wanted in here

Master Bathroom

This master bathroom has its own tub and standing shower with a dual sink your and someone else. There is a open area near the door for you to do what you want with and mats so that the floor does not get wet.

This bathroom is directly connected to the master bedroom for a nice private enclosed feel to the whole room. I think the best part of this room is definitely the bathtub since I sits in front of the window for natural light and the tub itself has a sleek design.

Laundry Room

The laundry room is a little room in the corridor that connects the living room and the Dining room.

The things I like the most about the living room is the clothing rack that is above the machines so that you can hang your clothes if needed.

Bathroom

This bathroom is beside the Bedroom and connected to the living room for easy access. it has a sink, toilet, and a tub with a shower head.

It also contains a window for natural light. My favorite part about the bathroom is the panel that splits the tub and the toilet so you can have a nice bath/shower without disturbances.

Kitchen

The kitchen is connected to the hallway and the dining room with a open space between. it has a full kitchen with everything you need with lots of storage for food and dishes. I placed it here because I thought it was in a good place to be close but not to close to the bedrooms for easy access.

The dining room is right beside it so you can bring food from one room to another without going to far. I like the window in the kitchen because I feel like its in a very good place for natural light and so you can see the backyard from the inside.
