One story house

My one story house disign came from one of my dream homes I went to about three years ago and this is what I have tried to not replcate but use the inspiration from that same house. Im content with the reslutals for my home that I have crated and designed.

Floor Plan 268.07㎡

Some of the ideas that I had for my floor plan are to have a nice flow to the house and for it to not be so the concept and that's why the door to the living room is open with the rectangular open wall. For the kitchen, I had the counter split into two corners so it would be more open.

Laundry Room

My laundry room design is built to have a very open concept and for you to feel very relaxed well doing your laundry you can enjoy your time and relax. Some of the brands that I used to style and design this room with are Teclic and Generic.

My main idea for this room is to have it be open and bright so you can truly enjoy your time. The colour and design chose really add to the open concept which I believe the sage green is doing for the room.

Living Room

The image I wanted for this living room is simple but not too boring. So with that in mind, I did put too many tables and decorations I just kept it simple and clean.

The best part of the room for me is the window light and the tv with the storage unit because the natural sunlight just brights the space up and just makes it more open.

The idea behind the image that I'm trying to portray is a lovely cozy room for your teenager. Also to give that small yet welcoming vibe to the space.

The best part of the room for me is the paintings and the way it matches the room's color. Also, the way the window is placed because you can look outside just from your room to see the scenery.

Bathroom

My ideas behind the image of the bathroom are to have a lot of natural light because natural light in the bathroom brings out the feeling of being fresh.

The best part of this room for me would have to be the mirror and shower because the mirror is at the perfect height and the shower is glass which makes it have the appearance to make it larger and open.

Second Bathroom

My idea for the kitchen is to make have easy access to everything but also have a nice dining area because I feel that your kitten and dining area should be close enough to assess at all times.

The best part of the kitchen is the sink and counter to the right of it because the sink is a very larger part of the kitchen and I enjoy the way it flows to gather.

My idea for the front part of the house area is to be very open and have space because having space at the front of your door is very important because of all the people trying to get in and out so it makes the flow much more easily.

The best part of the front door area is the way that you can see into the whole house and how spacious the view I because having that first glace into a home makes a big difference in how you find the area to your liking.
