1 floor house

Floor Plan 272.28㎡

my plan was to have all the bedrooms together and to have a bathroom close so they can go at night and its close i also made it so the living room and kichen are togrther so you can go on the couch well your food cooks and all the living things are on one side and the sleeping are on the other side.

Laundry Room

in this room i have a green wall that complements the plants and the painting that pulls the whole room together. i made the laundry room close to the bedrooms so you dont have to carry the baskets far and you can drop off everyones cloes to there room because the rooms are close.

Garage

this house has a 2 car garage with pot light all over the roof so you can see your cars good from any angle you also wont have to hold a flashlight when you are working on your cars. there stillk room where you could fit a few bicks and tools it also has a finished floor so it looks nice.

Bathroom

this is the main bathroom you would go to if you are in your living room or something it has one green wall and the rest are white so it doesent look to clutter i also keeped all the furniture basic to make it look clean and bigger then it is.

this is the other side of that bathroom it has a shelf where you can put all the soap and stuff because theres not alot of room on the sink then theres a motivational picture that you can look at well you use the washroom haha then just a garbage can.

Bathroom1

this is the bathroom in the master bedroom it has all balck walls and woody colours and a shelf. the bathrrom is small so i put a shelf pretty high up and a basket under the sink to use as much ot=f the small space as posible.

Bathroom2

this is the big nice bathroom with the bathtub and a double sink. this bathroom is close to the rooms this is probly the bathroom you would use for brushing your teeth and washing your face you would also take baths in here. i added tile to match the counter tops and a big pictrue.

this is the other side of that bathroom where i added a latter for decour where you can hang your towels theres also smll cercle mirrors that are probly more for looks i also added a textuered wall and some flowers for some colour.

kitchen

this has a rock wall type thing and i used a black counter and black aplances to look all one thing. i added a flower picture to fill up that open wall.

ths is the dining area i added a carpet under the tablep that matches the painting because they are both abstracit theres also a texturted wall and for seating i added a bench to one side have more then just 4 chaites so more people can fit the plant and the lamp also match.

front area has a big door a haning shelf to put your keys and other things you have a shoe rack so that your shoes arent all over the place and a caot rack to hang your coats.

this hallway is basic all it has is 2 sets of windows of 3 and a nice picture this is what conects the living space and your bedrooms.

this is the livig room i used earth tones with wood and stuff to make it feel open and flowy. it has a green coutch with gray pillows and a tree picture the light is wicker and has a mirror and deer head witch is fake dont worry.

living room this has a open area to get to the kitchen i would say this living room is very rustic and would be in a farm house it has a cow rug and wood funitrue and a tv. you can also see the fish bowl on the wall.

Master Bedroom

i dont know if this room should be master because its more of a girl room and less of a parents room but it hasa bathroom and bigest closet. this room has a lot going on but it al comes together because all funitrue is white and then pink blankets and a pink wall.

this side has a makeup desk and a tv. you also have a dresser and a big walk in closet. you also have a big pictuer desplay and a big floor plant.

Living Room

this is the area outsie of the rooms theres just a plant shelf and a big mirror theres also pictuers.

Bedroom

this is my favorit room and what should be the master theres a wood head bord a black wall and black blankets theres also a clostet and a big wood light theres also a rug and a shelf.

on this side you can see the closet better and the fire place theres a big chair in the coner of the room therres also dark hard wood.

Bedroom1

this room is for a little girl she has a pink wall and her blankets and carpet she has a puffy light and star night lights also a big dresser insted of a big closet she also has toys.

on this side i added a low lamp so she can reach and theres a toy bix that you cant see and theres a mirror and desk.
