Single story houseThe first set of all rendered photos are taken without lightning in the house. This is because the house has a darker theme with gray and black. The accents through the whole house is white gold and or silver. In my eyes all these colors complement each other in one way or another. I also chose their colors because I wanted to do something not everyone else would.
Most houses are white or off white colours.they often have nude tone accents or light shades of any color. Thinking that is seen as different isn't always done and that's what I wanted to do. I wanted to expand my creativity and see how making a black house would turn out.
The pictures were taken because it completed the dark aesthetics of the house.
I wanted to have the house have that completely dark look because it was trial and error. I experimented and liked the way it came out and I did the same when looking at how the house would look with lighting.
The house is so compact because it was an ulcer house that was completely renovated. The house was built back in the 1970’s and now has been given a modern look in a bungalow. When I made the house as small as I did.
I challenged myself to see how I would optimize space and even if a house is small how good it would look. I feel thai project challenged me in many ways because I enjoy making digital model homes.
I look at it as a place you will always come back to at the day and you will want it to be a place to bring you comfort. Some things I put into the house when designing it was how I want my future house to look in some parts.
as well as the dark theme because I have always had an obsession with things that are not looked at as traditional modern housing.I pushed the boundaries and in doing so i successfully made my dark themed bungalow home
My reasoning for designing the bathroom this way is i wanted to allow the bathtub to get the most natural lighting for a more calming vibe you can either take a bath in the day and have a view of the city or take a bath at night and look at the stars. in both i wanted the tub to be most calming
The Kitchen has such a compact design because not all kitchens have to be big. Our kithine has a lot of counter space with many storage areas. the pantry in next to the fridge just so you don’t have to walk further and it all still leaves space for the dining table to have enough space all around
I put the dining table in that area between the living room and halfway this way it will allow you to eat food and still watch tv. This way there won't be any crumbs or chances of spill on anything in the living room
i wanted this window to be this big so that the kitchen is well lit. this window will be able to open at the bottom that way if hosting an outdoor party walking all the way around to put food out is not necessary. the food can go from inside and be set on the table quickly
I made sure when design this room their was enough space for everything. The bed is in its own area and higher up because having the light in the morning would be very nice. the windows can only be looked out of but not looked into for privacy reasons
i wanted to make the most of the room by putting the bed in the bay window i did that. i then used the rest of the room and put a desk in with enough space for text books a laptop and whatever else would be used when doing work
I wanted the laundry room to be a like a regular room because i wanted incorporate a sink to rinse out any stains or if you needs to soak cloths first. Then some space to fold clothes. the laundry room will also be the room where all the jackets are kept
The office is small and has a lot of shelf space. i wanted to be able to have somewhere i could dedicate to books. the desk is big and that's exactly what i wanted, i wanted to have a lot of space so that other things could fit as well
I feel the art pieces in the room all compliment each other i wanted them to have simplicity and femininity.
