My Single Story House

My design is very modern. All of the furniture is quite uniquely put together. Each room has it's own special vibe and it's own distinctive style and colour scheme.

Floor Plan 389.43㎡

This 4192 sq ft single story house has a great design. The living room, kitchen and dining room is towards the front of the house for easy accessibility. The bedrooms are all together towards the back right part of the house. The corridor leads to the garage, bedrooms, bathroom and laundry room.

Master Bedroom

This is my master bedroom. The color scheme for this one is black, orange and yellow. I think that the colors look very exquisite together. I also decided to put 3 windows in the room in order to have a lot of sunshine in the daytime.

In this picture you can clearly see the very cozy and stylish reading corner on the right. I think that the couch, lamp and blanket make this corner look very warm and cozy. You can also see the entrance to the master bathroom and walk in master closet in the middle.

720°

This is a panorama of the bedroom. It gives a 720 degree view of the bedroom.

Garage

This is the 20x20 square foot garage. As you can see it fits two cars. As wells as it has really nice lights and it is painted grey to give it a modern and well crafted look.

The garage is a double door garage. It also has 2 nice and big windows. As you can see, there are also some pot lights and an outlet switch on the ceiling.

Master Bathroom

This is the master bathroom. As you can see it is very modern. It is black and white. The painting is gorgeous and matches with the bathtub, toilet and sink.

The bathroom has a very nice and big mirror. As well as, there is a a shelf for all of your necessities.

Second Bedroom

This is the second bedroom. It has a colour scheme of dark blue and white. In the left corner there is a place to sit and read. On the right is the bed and on the far left is the entrance to the closet and jack and jill bathroom.

In the left corner by the door, there is a desk with a very comfy white chair. Beside the desk there is a full length mirror. There is a lot of decoration all around the room, but my favourite is the the wooden rack with the plants.

Second Closet

This is the closet for the second bedroom. It has a very nice shelf area for clothes and accessories, as well as there is a wonderful full length mirror with lights that is just perfect for getting ready.

Corridor

This is the amazingly gorgeous corridor that leads to the three bedrooms. It is all white with many lavish paintings and picture frames. It also has very lush wall lights that pull the whole corridor vibe together.

This side of the corridor leads to the bathroom and laundry room. This side also has many sumptuous decorations. There are also pot lights that light up the whole corridor.

This is the backyard. When you first come outside to the backyard from the dining room, you have a tiled floor area where you can sit on the swing or you can sit on one of the chairs with others, around a splendid table. There are also lights on either side of the door to light the area up at night.

There is also a resplendent fence around the whole backyard. The plants are also very radiant and modern.

This is the grass area of the backyard. It has two outdoor lounge chairs for you to relax on. There are also 2 side tables beside each chair. On the far end of the backyard there is a little area that has a place to sit, surrounded with lots of plants.

Laundry Room

This is the laundry room. It has a washing machine and dryer. As well as there is a shelf on the side for laundry or extra towels. Under that there is a laundry hamper for clothes.

In the laundry room, other than a washing machine and dryer, there is also a sink that you can use. On the wall there is a very debonair painting.

Pantry

The pantry is full of lots of food. There is one hanging ceiling light. Along the top of the pantry, there is a shelf with lots and lots of food.

As you can see there are also many shelves to store food. All of the food on shelves are easily accessible because it is quite spacious.

Second Bathroom

This is the jack and jill bathroom. It leads to the living and to the second bedroom. It has a very nice painting. As well as it has shelves on the side to hold necessities.

The sink and the toilet are both black, while the counter on the sink is marble. The mirror is especially flattering because it has a ring of light around it.

Bedroom

This is a very luxurious and fancy room. It has a gorgeous chandelier, as well as a very unique bed and paintings. There is also a very chic dressing table beside a window that lets in amazing sunlight.

On the left side there is a very handy and opulent looking wardrobe. Beside that is a TV. Around the room there are many pieces of decoration. Also the closet is on the left and it is a sliding door closet.

Dining Room

This is the dining room. It has a very useful black and gold dining table with 6 matching chairs. The very modern chandelier looks perfect with the other furniture. There are beautiful plants in the back beside the windows and door that balances everything, making the dining room look ravishing.

From this angle you are able to see the little table on the left. As you can see there is a kid sitting at that table because that table is for kids. I think my favourite part of this whole room has to be the very big and elegant window on the left side because I love how much light it brings in.

This is the kitchen. As you may notice, the living room is right beside the kitchen, so grabbing a snack is that much more easier! Also there is a TV in the kitchen, to watch your favourite show. There is also a kitchen peninsula that is white, matching the rest of the kitchen.

This is the living room. It has a neutral colour scheme going on, with the carpet and decorations adding the touch of colour. There are pot lights all around the room, making it very nice and bright. There is also a side table by the left side of the couch.

The living room has an accent wall. The accent wall is a very dark grey colour. It is where the TV is located. On the right side of this picture you can see the console table containing many stylish pieces of decor.

This picture shows the pantry located in the kitchen . On the far right of the kitchen, there are 2 chairs for sitting. I think my favourite part has to probably be the flowers on the peninsula because it gives a pop of colour to the whole kitchen.

Bathroom

This bathroom is not connected to any room through a doorway, but it is closest to the bedroom. This bathroom has a black toilet and sink counter. The mirror is gold which matches with the painting. There is also a window located on the top right.

The bathroom also has a great standing shower. The design being very modish. There is also a built-in shelf in the shower for all of the necessities.

Master Closet

This is the walk-in master closet. It has very posh shelving. There is a little ottoman in the corner. As well as there is quite a lot of room for clothes and accessories.

From this angle, you are able too see the very helpful full length mirror in this closet. You are also able to see the pot lights in this closet that are included for the purpose of making the room brighter.
