The floor plan was designed like this so that there is a lot of open space, but at the same time a good amount of bedrooms, bathrooms and other rooms. I find that this is a good layout because the living room is very open and connects the kitchen/dining area to the bedrooms.

Garage

Office/Library

This room is the office, its built into the design so that you and whoever needs to do online work is able to, not only that but also have a little storage.

Bedroom1

This room is one of the bedrooms with a nice modern style to it like the restof the house. The room includes a closet as well as a jack and jill bathroom leading to the other bedroom.

Laundry Room

This room is the laundry room, it has nice shelving to suit your needs as in where to keep your laundry nessesites, as well as a window to let the light in, a mirror and a couple hooks to hang your stuff.

Living Room

This is the main area of the house, the living room. It is a nice spaceous area where you can chill and relax with your family and friends. It also has a big modern window giving lots of light into the room.

Dining Room

This is the foyer/entry area, it gives you and your family a place to hang up your coats and put your shoes, and is also just a nice place in the house, also with big modern windows.

This is the kitchen, here we went for a modern look with the island and cabnets, it includes a breakfast bar to enjoy quick meals at or just socialize. The kitchen includes two ovens, a stove top and a dishwasher.

Bedroom2

This bedroom is another room for one of the kids or even a guest bedroom, it is the other bedroom that leads into the jack and jill bathroom. For this bedroom the builder was going for lighter walls and went with a nice baby blue.

Gym

This would be your home gym, within the room there is a storage closet to keep any weights/gym clothes and more. As this house does come fully furnished it also comes with a couple gym machines to excersize on.

Foyer

This area is the dining room, we went for an open feel to the room as we kept the walls open as well as a big modern window, it connects to the main area and kitchen leading into the backyard area.

Bathroom 3

This is the jack and jill bathrooms, meaning two enterances, one coming from each bedroom. For this bathroom we went for a nice darker blue/green color to bring in the color from the tile in the shower. The room also includes a window to have light come in during the day.

Kitchen

Master Bedroom

This is the master bedroom, designed with a walk-in closet as well as a bathroom. This room was going for a cozier feel, leading to the darker colored walls.

This is the main washroom, including a sink area and a toilet. It is a small space to do your business. For this washroom we went for the all around accent walls with white tile flooring.
