The apartment is divided into two main areas. The lower area contains the living area, the main bedroom and the main bathroom with stacked laundry. The loft space provides aa second sleeping area for children or guests (has been staged as a guest room), a second bathroom and office area.
The upstairs hallway provides some privacy for the guest or children's room. With a dresser for more storage. The railing is cast Iron to compliment the existing industrial elements.
The primary bathroom has two vanities and plenty of under sink storage. There is also a medicine cabinet set into the right wall.
The shower has a built in niche for shampoo and other bath products along with a teak stool. the toilet sits to the left of the door.
This space is plenty big enough for a queen sized bed or two twins.
There is also space for a desk and swing chair in the loft space. This North facing window brings light into the space during the afternoon, while the opening to the right overlooking the main living space brings in soft morning light. Its the perfects space to work or rest!
From the balcony you can see the whole living area and really appreciate the industrial elements of the old mill building renovation.
The main bedroom is on the main floor across from the front door and next to the main bathroom. It is designed to feel warm and cozy after a long day of work.

At the foot of the bed there is plenty of room for a accent chair, a dresser, and laundry hamper. You could also easily swap out the painting for a TV if that is your preference.
This is the view of the apartment when you walk through the front door and look to your right. You enter under the canopy of the loft and the handcrafted stairs which would have matching a iron railing to the one above.
This is a view of the front door. There is a built in coat closet with lighting to the left of the door, and a bench to the right perfect for quick shoe storage. I've also added wooden coat hooks on the wall above for more hanging storage.
This U-shaped kitchen has plenty of closed storage and cabinet space both lower and upper, along with space above for decorative items. There is a coffee station to the left of the fridge with built in outlet (could be used by non-coffee drinkers too).
Plenty of wall space above the stairs to have a gallery wall.
the living room is comfortable with a sectional and mobile accent chairs (easily moved to face the TV on movie nights) which face the East windows perfect for early birds to watch the sunrise.
Because this room gets so much natural light during the day it is the perfect apartment for plant lovers! And becomes very cozy at night by the gas fireplace. A coffee table also acts as storage for board games or blankets.
The Kitchen island is the perfect place for kids to do homework, or guests to sit and talk to their host before dinner, or just a nice place to drink a coffee and read a book, the options are endless.
With a deep kitchen sink and a dishwasher built into the island to the right, this space is designed for easy and ergonomic clean up!
The stove top is induction and the oven is natural gas. The fridge is counter depth and has a built in ice and water dispenser, it's also energy efficient!
