This is design for a guest house separate rom the main house. I was inspired to create something modern but yet with a 70s theme. mostly a open floor plan for the main room, a small living space as well as a bed and an office, accompanied by a walk-in closet and a green and cream themed modern bath.

when it comes to the floor plan it is pretty simple. I wanted the bathroom to be near the bedroom as well as the main door. I wanted the walk-in closet to be separate and be sort of a room of its own.
