The project is designed to be an attic apartment in a rough loft style. The lower floor includes a guest room, guest bathroom, two storage rooms, an open kitchen and living room area as well as a small balcony. The north side of the living space is a ceiling high panorama window to overlook the city.
The upper floor includes two bedrooms. The master bedroom is connected to a walk-in closet. You can also find a secluded reading area on the north side as well as a master bathroom. Also included in the design is a office on the east side with two desks to offer space and a relaxed thinking space

The plan shows the design of the upper floor. You can see the locations of bedrooms, bathroom, office and reading area. The design aims to be private and safe while not cutting the owners off of each other. Each room can be accessed easily without the layout being too open.

In the backround you can see the stairs leading to the upper part of the apartment.
The idea behind the upper floor is to keep the personal space as for example office and sleeping area seperate from an open living area which is accessible for guests and may offer space for an occasional party.

The reading area is a comfortable spot in the apartment for those who are looking for peace and a quiet minute to read a book. The beanbags offer optimal comfort to lean back and completely disappear into the bookish world hidden between the pages.

To have the best lighting possible and an ejoyable view this room is, as most other rooms, designed with ceiling high windows and an beatiful city view. A space that invites to relax.

This picture shows the working part of the office inlcuding the bigger desk optimal for designers, architects or fashion stylists. You can also see the window that connects the office to the lower floor living room which is designed give the office optimal lighting.

This picture shows a seating area as well as another desk that is supposed to give a more personal space to the working person other than the big desk designed for papers, designs and space taking projects. Visible is on the left the wide window to the east side.

Master Bedroom

The master bedroom offers space to think and relax in private. The double doors in the back are the direct connection to a the walk-in closet.
